These terms relate to sales over the Internet only. We reserve the right to alter these terms at any time and without notice to you. Nothing within these terms and conditions shall affect you/your statutory rights as a consumer.

To proceed with any and every purchase through our site (www.orimono.eu) you have to read and agree to these terms of use.
By accepting the delivery of the goods, it shall then be deemed as evidence of you the buyer, fully accepting these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to update and/or change prices and products on the web site at any given time.
We shall not be liable to anyone for withdrawing any goods or services from the website, and shall have the right and not be liable for refusing to process an order.
Throughout the site, all our pricing is in Euro or swedish Kronor (SEK) and includes German VAT (value added tax) of 19%. When shopping from outside the European Union, the VAT is deducted in the checkout. They buyer is responsible for all import fees and taxes added by the local customs office.
All information within the site is as accurate as possible, but could also be prone to error. Although prices and descriptions could change over time and through this there could be errors. All errors incurred shall be rectified immediately, once brought to our attention. We are not liable for any losses that may occur.
We reserve the right to change/amend the descriptions/specifications of our products. On occasion the products that are supplied could differ from those that are displayed within the site. We know the importance of understanding the material and fit and realize the need to try garments on. We have therefore committed ourselves to a number of ways to try to guide our customers to such a detailed and precise shopping experience as possible. This has proven an effective way for us to minimize the number of returns. We encourage our customers to have a dialogue with us and welcome any question about fit, characteristics and size.
But even then, there is sometimes a need to return an item. All full retail orders are covered by 14 days full exchange or return right from delivery date in accordance to the EU distance purchasing act. You will be refunded to the bank account connected to the card used to complete the order. For items bought on sale are you also granted the right to return your goods, but within 3 days from delivery date. If your return is returned later than the stated accepted time limits, your return will not be refunded and instead, a store credit will be issued. If your return is very late, we own the right to reject it and neither refund it nor issue a store credit.
If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs. It is highly recommend to send returned items by registered post. Be sure to keep your receipt and ask for a tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Please note that postal and customs charges for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility. We shall only reimburse you only if the product is damaged, faulty or has been incorrectly supplied. We do not reimburse our shipping costs (€15 for orders from inside the EU and €25 for any other order) and those are deducted from the re-funded amount. We do however issue a store credit of either €15 or €25 (€15 for EU customers and €25 for rest of the world). This is for you to use, either in our online store or in our Berlin store. This is valid on as well full retail items as well as for sale items.
A returned order must be returned in the original packaging and with all original tags still attached. If you are returning from outside the EU, please make sure that the original shipping note is clearly visible and that you mark the parcel as "return". If these directives are not followed and we have to declare custom and tax for the returned parcel, those costs will be the buyers responsibility. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the garment does not have all its original labels, and tags, and if we deem the garment to have been worn or damaged.
Before returning an item, send us an e-mail at least 24 hours before returning your order, stating your reason for returning the item(s). We refund your order within 48 hours from accepted delivery to our store. When a refund is made, it usually appears on the account within 3 working days. If your refund is late, please contact us immediately.

We send all orders with registered Airmail with Deutsche Post / DHL. This is a effective and fast shipping method which is being used to minimize shipping charges for our customers.
Shipping within Germany is always free of charge.
Shipping within the EU is €15. If order value exceeds €200, shipping is free of charge.
Shipping outside the EU is €25. If order value exceeds €300, shipping is free of charge.
PLEASE NOTE! Review your delivery information before making an order. If an order is returned to us because of an unclaimed parcel or that the stated address is wrong, the buyer is responsible for the shipping charges for the order to be re-sent as well as the costs for returning the parcel to us.

For items bought on sale are you also granted the right to return your goods, but within 3 days from delivery date. We accept returns for all orders made from outside the eu, but they need to be returned within 5 working days from arrival. Only full retail price items are refunded. Sales items may be exchanged or be subject to a store credit.
WE DO NOT REIMBURSE OUR SHIPPING COSTS. OUR SHIPPING COSTS ARE €5 for orders within Germany, €15 FOR ORDERS FROM INSIDE THE EU AND €35 FOR ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE THE EU AND THOSE ARE DEDUCTED FROM THE RE-FUNDED AMOUNT. Since October 2015, The german customs charge a fee of €28,50 for the handling of returned parcels and the sum will also be deducted from the refunded amount.
