ISSI
ATHENS-MADE AVANT-GARDE MENSWEAR BUILT ON GEOMETRY, ASYMMETRY & DARK URBAN TAILORING
ISSI is the Athens label of Greek designer Stratos Eleftheriou, a member of the Hellenic Fashion Designers Association. The name comes from the Greek ΙΣΣΟΙ, meaning equality: fitting for a brand that sets out to make experimental clothing wearable well beyond a single season. Eleftheriou starts from geometric shapes and unconventional forms and turns them into wrap fronts, asymmetric panels, tall stand collars, raw-cut edges and ankle-zip trousers, all produced in Greece from quality materials.
The collections sit between sharp tailoring and street culture with a quiet gothic edge: longline shirts, kimono and wrap jackets, structured coats and fluid trousers, mostly in black. ISSI has also reached the screen, with pieces adapted for Viggo Mortensen in David Cronenberg's Crimes of the Future. For AW26, the "SKIA" collection, Greek for shadow, continues that dark, layered vocabulary.
