MD75 is an Italian label built on experimentation, craft, and a distinctly nocturnal atmosphere. Known for its hand-applied coatings, layered spray dyes, and cold-dye processes performed in repeated cycles, the brand gives each garment a uniquely irregular, atmospheric surface. Knits and jerseys often undergo multiple treatments before being finished with hand-distressing or oversized hand-stitched details that enhance their raw, anatomical character. Silhouettes tend to be elongated, asymmetric, and body-conscious, echoing bone-like structures and twisted forms.
