Returns & Refunds

For any reason, the customer may return the order, in full or partially when returned to us within 14 days of delivery. All EU returns have to be returned with a trackable parcel service and all outside EU returns with express parcel service. 

We only accept returns on unworn items with all tags intact and attached (clothing tags + security seal tag). If your return doesn’t fulfil those basic requirements, we own the right to refuse your item(s). If your return is late, we also own the right to refuse your exchange. Return costs are always the responsibility of the buyer.

GERMANY RETURNS & EXCHANGE
To return an item for exchange or refund, please follow the steps below:

Contact us at customerservice@orimono.eu with your intentions to return. Please include your order number and specify which item(s) you wish to return. If you wish to exchange an item, please inform us so we can reserve the wanted item for you while waiting for your return.

You may opt to receive a return label for your German return, given that the order value is below €300. 

In accordance to EU directives, you may use a formal withdrawal form. You can return without filling out this form. If you use the withdrawal form, place it inside in your package or attach to your e-mail. If the withdrawal form is not used, please use the return form found together with your invoice in your parcel.

If you send back the items with another shipping service of your choice, we strongly recommend a trackable service and to keep your receipt. Please make sure that our address is correct as late returns because of incorrect receiver address may cause the return to be sent back to you, which could mean extra charges for you as well as exceeding the approved deadline for returns.

All returns must be received in their original condition and packaging, including product tags and security tags.

Returns may take up to 3 working days to process once received.

All sales of fragrances, swimwear, face masks and underwear are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.


EU RETURNS & EXCHANGE

You may opt to use a return label for your EU return. To receive a price quote for your return, we need to know the dimensions of your parcel (H x W x D in cm) as well as the weight. If you want your return picked up, we need your pick up address (can be other then delivery address) and a 3 hour time slot and date for the pickup.

If you send back the items with another shipping service of your choice, we strongly recommend a trackable service and to keep your receipt. Please make sure that our address is correct as late returns because of incorrect receiver address may cause the return to be sent back to you, which could mean extra charges for you as well as exceeding the approved deadline for returns.

WORLD RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We only accept outside EU returns sent to us with Express service. Please not that all extra costs applied due to insufficient customs documentation, incorrect shipping labels and similar, is the customers responsibility and will be deducted from the refunded amount. Please pay close attention to the included return instructions.

Use the return form found together with your invoice in your parcel to specify which item(s) you wish to return.

If you are returning all items from your order, you just need to confirm that you will be using the original box for your return and we have the needed information already.
