We ship our German orders with DHL Paket and UPS. International orders are sent with DHL or UPS to all destinations. Most international buyers can choose between standard (expedited) or express delivery.
To offset for our carbon emissions created delivering your order, all orders are shipped with DHL Go Green or UPS Carbon Neutral. Your order is packed completely plastic free in a box that was made in the EU and is made up from a minimum of 90% recycled materials and which is completely recyclable and bio-degradable. The ink used to print our boxes is water based and the glue used for our tape stripes are made in Germany from paper with environmental friendly glue.
DUTY & CUSTOMS
All parcels shipped to outside the EU are Delivered At Place (DAP), meaning that any customs or import duties are charged by UPS when delivered. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Please be aware that your parcel can be also delayed by customs and subsequent charges can be applied. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.
TRACKING
After dispatch, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking link for your parcel to receive up to date information about your shipment.
LOST / DELAYED PARCEL
If you suspect that your parcel is being delayed or lost, please send us an e-mail to customerservice@orimono.eu.
Please note that we are not able to form a formal complaint to UPS and / or DHL until the parcel is 3 or more weeks delayed and / or tracking hasn’t been updated for 6 days.
If a parcel has been lost, UPS and / or DHL / Deutsche Post own the right to allow 3 months from complaint date before a refund is being made while conducting the investigation.
IS VAT INCLUDED IN MY PURCHASE PRICE?
The prices shown in our web shop includes VAT for all EU destinations. The VAT rate differs slightly between different EU countries, but regardless of VAT rate in your EU country, the listing price is the same, just the part of the price which is VAT tax differs depending on destination country.
TAX FREE OUTSIDE EU
There is no VAT on any items or orders from outside the EU. When browsing our shop from outside the EU, use our Geo-locator on top of the page and select your country if not auto-selected. The prices displayed after applying correct location are without VAT and if applicable, shown in your local currency which will also be used in the checkout to complete the order.

For any reason, the customer may return the order, in full or partially when returned to us within 14 days of delivery.
All EU returns have to be returned with a trackable parcel service and all other returns shipped through one of our express courier accounts, with either UPS or DHL Express. We recommend using our UPS account, to ensure a quick, reliable return delivery at a competitive price.
We only accept returns on unworn items with all tags intact and attached (clothing tags + security seal tag). If your return doesn’t fulfil those basic requirements, we own the right to refuse your item(s). If your return is late, we also own the right to refuse your return. Return costs are always the responsibility of the buyer.
When returning an order delivered with express delivery, the fee of standard shipping is refunded along with the value of the item(s) if this option was available in the checkout.
We accept exchanges, but it's the customer responsibility to carry the return shipping cost and shipping cost of the new shipment. If you want to exchange an item, please contact us as soon as possible so we are able to reserve the desired items and help you further with your return.

You can use our DHL or UPS for your return for a €5 flat rate fee.
If you return with another shipping service, we strongly recommend a trackable service and to keep your receipt. Make sure that our address is correct as late returns because of incorrect receiver address may cause the return to be sent back to you, which could mean extra charges for you as well as exceeding the approved deadline for returns.
In accordance to EU directives, you may use a formal withdrawal form (optional). Include it in your return package or attach to your e-mail.

If you want your return picked up, we need your pick up address (can be other then delivery address) and a 3 hour time slot and date for the pickup. To use a return shipping label, you need access to a printer as we send it digital to you, or you can use the provided QR code and present this at the drop off point where applicable.
If you send back the items with another shipping service of your choice, we strongly recommend a trackable service and to keep your receipt. We only accept returns from outside the EU sent through our account with either UPS or DHL. When returning most of / all of your items, use the original delivery box which is resealable with a front covered tape glue stripe. If your return content is much smaller than your return, we recommend to find a smaller box as a larger box means higher shipping price, also when lightweight. We provide a price quote for your return shipment when replying to your e-mail.
